Join a fast-growing international company as an M&A Senior Associate in Birmingham. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and executing UK acquisitions, working across the full M&A process from target evaluation to deal completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets
- Building relationships with founders and management teams
- Conducting financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence
- Leading deal negotiations (for smaller deals) and supporting larger transactions
- Contributing to team culture and growth
- 4+ years' M&A experience (Transaction Services, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Accounting knowledge (UK standards)
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to travel within the UK & occasionally to Europe
