About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in planning and development, who can drive forward key projects and ensure their successful delivery.

As the Planning Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning stages of projects, working closely with stakeholders to manage processes from conception through to implementation. You will be instrumental in guiding the team, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and the highest standards of planning delivery are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of planning delivery for multiple development projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to develop and implement planning strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Identify and resolve any planning-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities, planning authorities, and third-party consultants.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Advise and guide team members in relation to planning processes, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and policies.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in planning and development project delivery, ideally within a residential or commercial property environment.
  • Strong knowledge of planning regulations and processes, with the ability to navigate local authority requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
