Your new roleAs a Planning Manager, you will oversee divisional planning applications and land promotions, supporting the achievement of land acquisition targets. You'll manage day-to-day planning activities, coordinate with external consultants, and engage with stakeholders and residents. Reporting to the Development Director or Technical Director, your expertise will ensure timely planning approvals and effective project execution. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed as a Planning Manager, you'll need a proven track record of managing planning applications, land promotion, and community engagement. Strong negotiation skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle complex planning processes are essential.
