Role Details - Regulatory Compliance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Regulatory Compliance Manager to spearhead our compliance initiatives and ensure we meet and exceed industry standards.

Key responsibilities of the Regulatory Compliance Manager

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), managing self reporting, audits, applications, and enquiries with confidence.
  • Maintain and oversee the IBIC Log of regulatory incidents and issues, ensuring timely notifications, responses and escalations as required
  • Support the business by providing commercially focused and practical advice on regulatory challenges with a view to finding solutions to new and complex legal regulatory requirements.
  • Provide essential support to the COLP and COFA through monthly meetings, comprehensive reporting, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with various regulatory bodies (including SRA, ICO and FSMA) to deliver actionable compliance advice across the business.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
