Senior Compliance Officer?? Location: Birmingham 3 days in office?? Salary: Up to £45kWe’re working with a long standing client, a top-tier international firm that’s on the hunt for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their growing Best Practice team. If you’re a natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for doing things the right way, this could be a great matchThe RoleSupporting senior regulatory role holders (think COLP/COFA), advising teams on all things compliance, and helping to build a culture that puts ethics and best practice first.
  • Advising on tricky compliance queries (conflicts, ethics, and everything in between)
  • Keeping policies sharp and up to date
  • Supporting training, audits, and file reviews
  • Helping teams understand their regulatory responsibilities
  • Working closely with business acceptance and internal audit functions
  • Prepping materials for compliance meetings and tracking key decisions
About You 
  • 2+ years in Regulatory compliance -within a law firm or SRA
  • Experience with legal compliance, audits, and more.
  • Confident giving advice to senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
