Job: Training & Compliance SupervisorLocation: Birmingham (Hybrid)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000Are you a Compliance Professional ready to take on a key role in maintaining regulatory excellence?  We are looking for a Training & Compliance Supervisor, supporting our clients in meeting FCA standards while driving a culture of compliance and competency.Role PurposeYou’ll oversee training and compliance functions, ensuring staff have the skills and knowledge to meet regulatory and internal standards. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you’ll develop policies, deliver training, and provide critical guidance on FCA regulations, identifying and addressing risks to protect the business.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage training and compliance policies and the T&C scheme.
  • Deliver compliance training and ensure new starters and advisers meet competency standards.
  • Conduct internal reviews, audits, and file checks, maintaining FCA-compliant records.
  • Provide advice on regulatory changes and support annual Fit & Proper assessments.
  • Investigate complaints, ensuring compliance with FCA handling rules.
  • Manage recruitment processes for FCA-approved functions and certifications.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance functions.
  • Proven ability to simplify regulations and deliver effective training.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing T&C schemes and providing compliance advice.
  • Knowledge with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
