- Develop and manage training and compliance policies and the T&C scheme.
- Deliver compliance training and ensure new starters and advisers meet competency standards.
- Conduct internal reviews, audits, and file checks, maintaining FCA-compliant records.
- Provide advice on regulatory changes and support annual Fit & Proper assessments.
- Investigate complaints, ensuring compliance with FCA handling rules.
- Manage recruitment processes for FCA-approved functions and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance functions.
- Proven ability to simplify regulations and deliver effective training.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing T&C schemes and providing compliance advice.
- Knowledge with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
