Are you a Training and Compliance Supervisor with wealth management industry experience, who wants to be part a fast growing wealth management business?

Do you want to take the lead on the compliance and regulatory training for all staff, be a key component of the success of the business through assisting the Head of Compliance, keeping the business at the forefront of compliance standards in the wealth industry?

In this role you will provide training and ensuring competency from new starters through to financial advisors on up-to-date in financial and wealth management regulations and compliance standards. You will own, manage and deliver the training while reporting into the Head of Compliance.

The ideal candidate is a Training and Compliance Supervisor from the wealth industry who is looking for a business where they can add their own training ideas, be autonomous to a large degree, work in a hybrid environment and be able to put their stamp on a growing business.

THE ROLE:

  • Providing Financial Regulatory Training to all staff.
  • Development and Improvement of clear, comprehensive T&C scheme personalised for the business.
  • Keep up to date with relevant product, legislative and technical changes.
  • Work with Head of Compliance to drive standards across the business.

THE PERSON:

  • DipFA Qualified.
  • Wealth Management Practice Experience.
  • Independent and stand-alone training experience.
  • Able to train experienced advisors, junior financial planners as well as administrative staff.
  • Commutable distance to Birmingham East
