The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Multi -Site Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQCcriteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQCreports.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful remit. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Requirements
- Multi-Site Manager
- Experience in Qualityand Compliance
- Knowledgeable on CQCcriteria and a history of compliant reports.
