Pre-& Post Sales Project Apprentice

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for a Pre-& Post Sales Project Apprentice to join their ever-expanding team. Within this role you will be reporting to the Technical Support Manager.
Responsibilities of the Pre-& Post Sales Project Apprentice:
Work closely with and under the professional guidance of the quotations & project team.
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all our client Power Distribution products and their applications and a broad comprehension of our clients other (Cable Management & W&LS) product offerings.
Respond to Power Distribution customer queries and project requests in accordance with the Companys customer service standards and commercial rules.
Liaise with customers to decipher their needs and advise on correct product selection.
Update and maintain project data in Company databases and provide necessary reports.
Respond promptly and accurately to technical questions raised or, if necessary, pass queries to relevant product experts.
Support our clients UK & Ireland short, medium, and long-term sales effort by.
oproviding excellent support to and regularly liaising with Power Distribution field sales staff,
oproviding excellent customer services to clients and installers.
opromoting other product ranges to existing customers.
osharing information with and supporting other business unit colleagues for Building Success Together.

Requirements of the Pre-& Post Sales Project Apprentice:
Well organised and able to manage/prioritise multiple tasks.
Focused and able to maintain a high quality and timely work output.
CAD based role so knowledge in 3D modelling i.e. AutoCAD / REVIT / Navisworks.
Attention to detail when checking data & creating written works.
A basic aptitude for IT skills (word, excel, PowerPoint).
A clear communicator.
