About the Role:

As Curriculum Lead, you will:

Develop and implement a flexible, high-quality curriculum tailored to students with diverse needs.

Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards while being adaptable to individual learning pathways.

Monitor student progress and use data to refine teaching strategies.

Work closely with senior leadership, external agencies, and families to provide holistic support.

About You:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS desirable) with experience in curriculum development.

A deep understanding of alternative provision and the needs of students who face barriers to mainstream education.

Strong leadership and coaching skills to support staff development.

Creative and adaptable, with the ability to design engaging, innovative learning experiences.

Passionate about inclusion, student well-being, and educational transformation.
