Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Year 3 Class Teacher to join a lovely school in Northfield on a full-time basis. The position is due to start after February half term. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the class, including lesson planning, delivery, and assessment. Key Responsibilities: *Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 students. *Take full responsibility for student learning, progress, and assessment. *Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment. *Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives. *Communicate regularly with parents to support student development. Requirements: *Proven experience as a Year 3 teacher or similar primary role. *Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Key Stage 2. *Excellent classroom management and assessment skills. *Passion for teaching with a focus on student progress.
