Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced and qualified primary teachers for a range of long-term bookings. We have positions to start as soon as possible and for after February half term. All roles are based at Primary Schools across Birmingham.
These positions will involve full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and are ideal for teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a lasting impact on students learning journeys. Key Responsibilities: Delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on the role) Planning and preparing high-quality teaching materials and lesson plans Managing classroom behavior effectively Assessing and tracking students progress Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership teams Supporting the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environmentCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmen

Contract/Position:路 Location - Birmingham 路 Position - Primary Teacher 路 Type of work - Class Teacher - planning, preparation, marking, parents evenings etc 路 Contract or position start date - ASAP 路 Duration / Likely Duration - July 2025 路 Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Ongoing 路 Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary 路 Full time/part time - Full time 路 Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP150 per day 路 Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm : Mon - Fri (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS 路 QTS 路 Minimum 1 year primary teaching experience in the UK 路 Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: 路 Hold Right to Work in the UK 路 Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application 路 Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
