The ideal candidate will also be able to manage the behaviour of the children in their class, whilst building relationships with other members of teaching and support staff. You must also be passionate about always delivering a high standard of work, be enthusiastic about the learning of the pupils and able to bring out their full potential, whilst going the extra mile to make sure that the high standards of this ‘good’ school are met.Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching across different subjects and year groups.
Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience for the pupils.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
