Tradewind Recruitment are seeking passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our agency in South Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons in a variety of primary school settings and have the ability to be flexible in the year groups they cover in.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality and dynamic classroom instruction in a variety of primary schools
Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population
Plan, prepare and evaluate lessons to a high standard
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons
Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
We are looking for a flexible and adaptable teacher who is available for both short- and long-term assignments. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools and settings, and to build strong relationships with both teachers and students.
