Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with autism? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Teacher to join the Early Years or KS1 team in a primary school in Northfield.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Proven experience in teaching and supporting children with autism, preferably within an early years or KS1 setting.

A solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and familiarity with relevant teaching strategies and interventions.

Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and collaborate with parents, support staff, and professionals.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and implement new strategies.

This is a full time roles and does require candidates to hold a clear DBS certificate and have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
