Willo Education are working with schools in the Birmingham area, schools are looking to recruit a strong Teachers to join their team on a long-term basis.

The position is due to start as soon as possible and is for long-term cover but with the view of permanent options for the right candidate.

The successful candidate must have experience teaching across KS1, and be confident in creating and delivering inspiring and exciting lessons.

You must have QTS / Qualified Teacher Status and at least 6 months of teaching experience in the UK. This is essential for the position so applicants without this will not be considered.

The ideal teacher will be someone who can adapt lessons to students with SEN and for those who need to be stretched and challenged. You will have a strong knowledge of the national curriculum and will be able to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • QTS / Qualified Teacher Status

  • 6 months minimum teaching experience in the UK

  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 / Key Stage 2 (KS1 / KS2)

  • Be able to plan and deliver lessons to a high standard

  • Have strong classroom management

  • Be able to adapt lessons for any students with SEN

  • Be punctual, reliable and hardworking
