The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will play an essential role in promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback

  • Implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
  • Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil development
  • Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or 2
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and engage pupils from a range of abilities
  • A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
