We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Birmingham. The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will play an essential role in promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all learners
- Implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil development
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or 2
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and engage pupils from a range of abilities
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
