Tradewind Recruitment is seeking primary school teachers for short-term staffing needs in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
The role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain experience or experienced teachers seeking a better work-life balance.
Teachers will cover various year groups and adapt to the specific needs of each school, including following lesson plans and behavior policies.
The position offers competitive pay rates, with the potential to earn up to £100 through a referral scheme.
Candidates are encouraged to have relevant teaching experience, and Tradewind provides extensive training and support, including 25 certified CPD courses.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of primary schools in Birmingham and the surrounding area and supporting with their short-term staffing needs across all years groups.

Are you an ECT looking to build your teaching experience or are you an experienced teacher looking for a better work life balance? If so, daily supply would be a good option for you.

You will have the opportunity to teach in different settings as well as cover a variety of year groups with pupils from a wide demographic background.

You will be expected to adapt to the needs of the school on the day, follow their behaviour policy, cover the days lesson plan and do any marking before you leave.
