Winner Education are currently recruiting for a caretaker for a primary school in Birmingham to carry out day to day general maintenance and site work. This role is a full-time, temporary placement with the option to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday all year round. You must be available for an immediate start due to the urgency of this role with a DBS on the update service.

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Carry out general maintenance and DIY works around the school site
- Deal with external contractor visits and liaising with contractors through any major works
- Open and close the school buildings
- Move furniture/equipment when required
- Fire safety checks
- Legionella checks
The successful caretaker will:
- Have sound technical knowledge of buildings
- Be professional and presentable
- Require previous school caretaking experience
- Have a valid DBS on the update service
- Be flexible with working hours and job requirements
