About the Role:
- Supply Teacher role supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students in a primary school in Kings Heath, Birmingham.
- Present lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring students focus is maintained and pupils are challenged to strive for academic success.
- Provide effective classroom management, whilst creating a positive learning environment.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and support.
- Motivate students to foster a love for learning.
About You: For this role, you will need:
- To be a fully qualified Supply teacher with a QTS
- Experience as a Supply Teacher within a primary school setting in Kings Heath, including working with ranges of academic ability across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to various teaching environments.* Ability to work flexibly, and able to provide consistent support during teacher absences.
