Prospero Teaching are looking for a enthusiastic and nurturing year 2 Class Teacher for a Primary school in Selly Oak Birmingham.

This is a full time role to start after the October half term until July 2025

You will be expected to take on the full class teacher duties and responsibilities including planning, marking and assessments etc.

This position is open to experienced teachers only ECT are not currently being considered.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location - Selly Oak, Birmingham
  • Position - Year 2 Teacher
  • Contract or position start date - Monday 4th November 2024 - July 2025.
  • Full time/part time - Full time

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • QTS or equivalent
  • EYFS teaching experience in the UK
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
