Your new companyHays is working with a school that is situated in south Birmingham and easily accessible by both car and public transport. This is a small, friendly and inviting school where they serve a community from a wide range of backgrounds. Your new roleAt Hays, we are looking for an experienced teacher for a Year 3 class. Someone who will be available 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) and do everything that involves a teacher. Planning for the whole week, parent's evenings, data sweeps etc. Ideally, someone with experience and has strong behaviour management and who would understand that this would be their class. This is a long term from December going on to the end of the academic year.

What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified teacher (QTS) and have experience of working in Year 3 or Key Stage 2.You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills.In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references and you must be available until at least the end of this academic year.
