Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced and passionate Year 5 Class Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in the Saltley area of Birmingham. This is a long-term, full-time role with an immediate start, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to a lovely class of Year 5 students.

The successful candidate will have previous experience teaching Year 5, with the ability to engage students and ensure their academic progress. You will work closely with the school's leadership team and fellow staff members to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities: 路 Delivering engaging and effective lessons for Year 5 students 路 Planning and assessing student progress 路 Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development 路 Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour and discipline 路 Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student success

Requirements: 路 Proven experience teaching Year 5 (essential) 路 Strong classroom management skills 路 Passionate about primary education and student development 路 Ability to work well within a team 路 ECTs are not currently being considered for this role
