Assistant Headteacher - We are looking for an Assistant Head Teacher for an SEND School primary provision in Birmingham. Ideally you will be someone currently looking for interim work but happy to consider a permanent post next year. What do I like about this school? A QTS Primary Teacher
Assistant Headteacher or aspiring teacher looking for a leadership role.
Used to working in an SEND setting with primary-aged children.
Happy to work with and as part of a team and support the Headteacher to achieve their vision for the school.
Able to lead from the front and continue to achieve the high standards the School already enjoys as part of a small Trust.
Used to working with complex child and funding related data to achieve outcomes and provide support.
Can support teaching and learning staff across whole of School and happy to get involved and teach.
Able to create strategic plans alongside the Headteacher.
Show capacity to step up and be the key point of liaison for staff at School level.
Importantly be part of the team that are creating an environment where children can thrive,
