Your new companyThis school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is confident and able to work across all Primary year groups. This long-term role will give you the opportunity to broaden your experience within a mainstream school that holds an 'Outstanding' Ofsted ranking. This school prides themselves on high quality teaching where support is paramount, therefore they are looking for someone consistent and dedicated to the wellbeing and educational development of their students. Your new roleThis is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday, for a minimum of one term. You will be required to effectively plan and prepare activities and support the educational growth of your students. Carrying out assessments will also be necessary. This school is also looking for someone who is pro-active, confident and able to create a positive learning environment for all students. What you'll need to succeedA successful candidate will need a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, as well as the ability to engage, encourage and promote the learning and wellbeing of the students. You must have previous experience in a classroom environment and dealing with a range of students.
