  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who may need extra help with their reading, writing, or analysis skills.
  • Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Offering valuable feedback on students' written work to aid their development and progress.
  • Organising and leading extracurricular activities related to English literature or creative writing.
The Candidate
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for English literature and language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with students and colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and adaptability to support the learning needs of diverse students.
  • Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
