- Assisting English teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that captivate and inspire students.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who may need extra help with their reading, writing, or analysis skills.
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Offering valuable feedback on students' written work to aid their development and progress.
- Organising and leading extracurricular activities related to English literature or creative writing.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- A genuine passion for English literature and language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with students and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and adaptability to support the learning needs of diverse students.
- Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
