- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Delivering small-group interventions to enhance pupil progress.
- Assisting the class teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting the development of pupils’ confidence, communication, and social skills.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensuring all pupils remain engaged in learning.
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress, feeding back to teachers and SENCO where required.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Ability to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.
