Primary Teaching Assistant – BirminghamA fantastic two-form entry primary school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This Ofsted-rated Good school is known for its welcoming atmosphere, supportive leadership, and commitment to ensuring all pupils reach their full potential.This role will involve working on a one-to-one basis with pupils who need additional support, as well as delivering small group interventions to help boost progress. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference and can build positive relationships with pupils.Job role:

Providing one-to-one support to pupils with additional learning needs.
Delivering small-group interventions to enhance pupil progress.
Assisting the class teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting the development of pupils’ confidence, communication, and social skills.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensuring all pupils remain engaged in learning.
Monitoring and recording pupil progress, feeding back to teachers and SENCO where required.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience working in a primary school setting.
Ability to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
