- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
- Collaborate with the SENCo and class teachers to develop and implement tailored interventions and support plans.
- Assist in monitoring and recording the progress of SEN students.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with the class teacher.
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Knowledge of SEN best practices and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
