Hays is currently looking for dedicated, motivated, and qualified teaching assistants with experience to join our primary schools across Birmingham. We work with a large network of schools across the West Midlands who are in constant need of supply staff. Your new role

At Hays, we are seeking Level 3 qualified teaching assistants to join our team. We offer a variety of flexible opportunities, including long-term, day-to-day, part-time, and full-time roles, designed to suit your needs. We are currently recruiting teaching assistants for Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 across our primary schools in Birmingham.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will need to hold relevant qualifications to support children in primary school, be a good team player, have a good understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum and have good behaviour management skills.In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
