Supporting children in Key Stage 2 across all areas of the curriculum.
Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils meet learning objectives.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Working closely with colleagues to identify and support the individual needs of pupils.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a Key Stage 2 setting.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A valid DBS check on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
