An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Private Client Assistant to join a well-established legal team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to support experienced Private Client Solicitors.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Experience working within a Private Client department
  • The ability to work independently, carrying out searches, ID checks, and progressing files without dictation
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent speed and accuracy
  • A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • A highly organised and adaptable approach to work

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Providing essential support to Private Client Solicitors to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents using a case management system
  • Handling client interactions both over the phone and in person
  • Managing filing systems, including opening, closing, and archiving client files
  • Preparing and dispatching mail and enclosures
  • Scanning, photocopying, and handling administrative duties as required

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £26,000
