The Role:As Content Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the content strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll oversee the development and execution of engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality in everything we deliver. If you're a skilled storyteller with a keen eye for detail, a passion for content creation, and the ability to manage multiple projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement content strategies for client campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to align content with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Analyse content performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring content to meet their objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing and digital media.

About You:

  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation or management, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling, on-brand content across various platforms (please include with your application).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimisation techniques.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
