The Electrician role is:
- South Birmingham based
- Working on social housing properties
- 25 per hour
- Monday - Friday
The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out:
- EICRs in tenanted properties and submit condition reports
- Carry out small remedial works when required e.g. repairing C1/C2/C3's
We are keen to speak to any Electricians who hold the following:
- Full UK driving license
- 18th Edition
- 2391 - Testing and Inspection
- NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds equivalent
- Domestic and Social Housing Experience
