Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Tester to join an ongoing project in Birmingham City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out testing, inspection and verification of electrical installations to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing inspection, and verification of electrical systems and installations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to ensure systems operate safely and effectively.
  • Complete and maintain accurate testing records and certificates.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Work closely with site teams and supervisors to deliver timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition
  • JIB Gold Card
  • NVQ Level 3
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection
  • City and Guilds Level 3
  • Asbestos Awareness

Additional Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of current electrical safety and building standards.
