To facilitate this our senior team have been driving processes, our tech stack, & general organisation of the business to accelerate our people's performance.
Leading the Delivery & Candidate team of 4, you will be accountablefor flow of labour, building labour pool's in advance of our client's requirements.
Then the efficient placement of labouron to project's, engaging both client & candidate& managing expectations of both.
Utilising our tech stack to manage processes & oversee performance, lead & motivate the team & drive a culture of results managing time effectivley.
Skill's required -
Experience beinga team leader / manager setting

The applicant will report to Managing Director & be part of senior team
