- Translate product vision into actionable user stories and tickets

- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Specialist
- Confidence mocking up interfaces and mapping user journeys
- Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices and user-centric design
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret raw data into insights
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with end-to-end software testing from a user perspective
- Ability to create clear, concise, and actionable tickets
