If you're passionate about technical excellence and stakeholder engagement, this could be the perfect role for you!Role Overview:As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organisation's Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives and maximises its potential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customised solutions within Salesforce.
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity, perform migrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Promote the benefits of Salesforce across the organisation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

What We're Looking For:Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce development and customisation.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in Apex, workflows, APIs, and data management.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and business analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of best practices in data security and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or equivalent).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of Form Assembly and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.

This is a permanent opportunity paying between £48,000 and £58,000 per annum based on experience.
