Senior Product Manager / Software / Product Launch / Automation / Health Care / Fixed Term Contract / FTC / Remote / UK Applicants OnlyInitial Duration - 6 months, with potential for extension/permanentSalary - Based on £70K (Full Year Salary)Location - Remote - Due to fit and proper checks only UK based applicants can be considered.I am lucky enough to be working exclusively with a leading business in the Mental Health/Medical diversity sector.Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager on a fixed term basis initially for 6 months, the role is fully remote, but you must be UK based (already).I am seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to take ownership of my clients emerging product and drive its development from concept to market.This is a pivotal role with the potential to evolve into a permanent Head of Product position for the right candidate.Senior Product Manager Specification:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Work cross functionally to conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, growth, pr, and marketing, to ensure product success.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather valuable feedback.
• Analyse product performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven track record in product management, with experience in launching and scaling successful products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the potential to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

• Experience in the Health Tech sector.
• Knowledge of dealing with Highly Confidential data security
• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience working with both internal and external Engineering resources.
