What You Will Do:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wet lab, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining lab equipment.

- Conduct chemical analyses and tests on electroplating baths to ensure optimal performance.

- Perform rigorous quality checks on plated components, using precision measuring instruments to verify thickness, adhesion, and other critical parameters.

- Document inspection results meticulously and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.

- Develop and implement quality control protocols to enhance product reliability and address quality issues in collaboration with production teams.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to electroplating and quality assurance, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

What You Will Bring:
