Quality Coordinator AM Shift Job SpecificationWorking times:  Monday to Friday 06.00 – 14.30 (40 hours per week with 30 mins unpaid break)Reports to: AM Shift Lead & Ops Support Team Start date:  16/09/24 – Rolling temporary contractSalary:  £12.00 per hourJob specification – duties to include but not limited to:-         Prepare and populate QIR’s (Quality Inspection Reports)-         Supervise a small team of quality checkers-         Complete quality checks alongside your team-         Liaise with internal staff and the customer in person and on phone to ensure checks are completed to customer requirements and to time constraints-         Populate excel spreadsheets when checks are completed-         Send emails updating management and the customer of timings etc.-         Keep area neat and tidy-         Monitor consumables for tasks related to checks are stocked at all times-         Ensure your team comply with our policies and health and safety-         Assist with housekeeping dutiesPrevious Experience / qualifications in the following fields-         Excellent organisation skills             -         An outstanding eye for detail-         High level of concentration-         Happy to be hands on-         Good people skills-         Positive attitude at all times-         Take pride in your time keeping and attendance-         Previous experience of automotive advantageous but not essential-         A good understanding of Excel and Outlook-         A basic knowledge of H&S
