Job Opportunity: FLT and Overhead Crane Operator
Location: West Bromwich, B70
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm (Overtime Available)
Salary: 12.50 per hour (Negotiable Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a skilled and reliable FLT (Forklift Truck) and Overhead Crane Operator to join our team in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Transport materials within the facility.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid FLT and Overhead Crane Operator certifications.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
