CRGs Manufacturing division are searching for a Manufacturing Team Leader, the individual will be responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor. This includes planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

Supervising and leading a team of manufacturing personnel in a high-volume production environment.

Ensuring the team keeps to production schedules.

Monitoring production standards and quality control measures.

Training new team members and ensuring that all team members are competent in their roles.

Maintaining accurate records of production data, including volume produced, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes.

Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.

Enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards.


Ideal candidate:

Relevant understating of Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing can be advantageous.

Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machines, and quality systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
