Excited to be supporting one of the most important organisations in the Midlands during a year of group wide change. We're looking for an interim Programme Manager with a strong regulatory change background to join them for initially 6 months on a day rate, outside IR35 contract. Paying c£800pd you will be required to be on site a day or so a week and you must have led on key regulatory implementation projects previously. You will be a seasoned leader, someone who can guide a team of project managers through multiple complex workstreams and deliver value quickly. Key Skills & Experience - Proven experience managing ERP/CRM/Finance system implementation projects. - Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. - Ability to hit the ground running and take control of a project mid-stream. - Experience working with external suppliers and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes. - Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
