Programme Manager:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to support one of our vehicle manufacturer clients in the development, implementation, and management of their Retailer Collision and Clever Repair Engagement Programme.
The programme's strategic objectives are designed to enhance retailers' body repair engagement and service provision, driving improvements in both customer retention and retailer profitability. This will be achieved by educating and supporting retailers in the necessary diversification or enhancement of existing services, enabling them to meet the evolving demands of the ever-changing automotive landscape.
Programme Manager Key Responsibilities:
While this role encompasses a range of duties, the core elements include:
- Develop an agreed growth plan to meet agreed objectives.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across a variety of areas, including manufacturer, brand, investor and retailers.
- Proactively engaging retailer partners in discussions related to Collision and Clever Repair services.
- Developing and presenting compelling business cases that highlight the ROI potential at various levels and scales of engagement.
- Creating strategic, phased roadmaps to support retailer partners in developing and achieving their overarching objectives.
- Supporting in the full planning and implementation of retailer strategies by facilitating introductions to preferred paint and distribution suppliers along with tooling, equipment, training and system providers.
- Extensive reporting, data analysis and PowerPoint production to ensure continued updates and reporting back on progress against objectives of the programme.
- Provide market intelligence to support the development of the programme.
Based from home, with national travel required, you will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships at a senior level with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, although not essential, you will have senior level experience of Clever/SMART Repair strategy development or an understanding of collision repair services within a retailer environment.
Programme Manager Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of managing projects across multiple partners.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop strategic initiatives, demonstrating a proactive approach to delivery.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, influencing, planning implementation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others and work effectively as part of a team.
- Tenacity and self-motivation with the capability to work under own initiative with limited supervision in a challenging, fast paced environment.
- A proven track record of meeting programme objectives and deliverables.
- Project/Programme management expertise.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to interpret statistics and evaluate results effectively.
- Skilled in preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to a high standard.
- Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience using Power BI.
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to think both analytically and strategically.
- Proven ability to deliver agreed targets within strict deadlines.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
