Xpertise are excited to be working with a multi-national organisation to help source them a Programme Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term contract basis, to sit under the current Head of Programmes and help them manage their portfolio. The scope of work varies from project to project but all surrounds IT systems, Process improvement and Business Change.
I’m looking to speak and meet with individuals who have demonstrable experience Programme Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and are comfortable acting at a senior level. Personality is a crucial factor to this role and I’m looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic nature.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Â
- Taking ownership of multiple projects, responsible for solving problems and overseeing tasks through to finish
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery of projects
- Work closely with the development teams to ensure the quality levels of the deliverables meet expectations
- Manage project risks and ensure best practice governance
- Being the liaison between the technical IT teams and business stakeholders of a varying understanding of IT knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience required:
Â
- 10+ years experience in Project Management
- Experience managing and successfully delivering a range of IT projects from start to finish
- Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Prince2 Practitioner or APM Practitioner preferable but not essential
- Comfortable liaising with C-Suite level stakeholders Â
