Associate Project Manager opportunity with a multi-national Construction and Property Consultancy based in their Birmingham city centre office. Whilst this firm works on projects across the UK and beyond, for this role we're looking for an experienced individual from a client side construction project management background offering substantial project delivery experience across the full project life cycle.
They are already working with a range of clients in the private sector being particularly busy in commercial real estate and industrial sectors, but do feel that Birmingham offers a wealth of opportunity in other sectors. We are however particularly interested in Commercial experience for this role.
The successful candidate will combine several years project management experience with great technical and contractual knowledge - in particular of the JCT form of contract and design and build. We're looking for someone with strong operational experience who can lead and grow a team whilst delivering great results to clients. You will enjoy mentoring more junior team members and be able to manage both internal and external project teams.
