This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in the IT/AV industry to join a leading organisation shaping the way for streamlined approaches and excellent customer experiences.

This company are one of the leading AV/Technology solutions companies in the UK. They are going from strength to strength and are now looking to add a technical and commercial PM to the team to help further growth.

In this role, you will plan and manage projects, define goals, allocate resources, and oversee budgets and timelines. You'll lead the project team, track progress, ensure quality, and present updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll support the design team, assist with site meetings, and evaluate project outcomes while implementing changes as needed to meet objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with strong abilities in project planning, risk management, and time management. Experience in strategic planning, change management, and contract negotiation is essential, along with conflict resolution expertise. A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or AGILE, or equivalent experience, is required. Additionally, experience in AV/ICT design will be highly beneficial.
