Are you a focused, driven Project Administrator with a passion for keeping things on track? We're looking for a proactive Project Admin/Coordinator to join a Global Engineering Firm based in central Birmingham. You'll work closely with project managers and clients, overseeing project progress, tracking milestones, and maintaining clear communication across the board.

All candidates applying must be available immediately as the client are looking to get someone into the position quickly.

Duties will include the following:

  • Monitor and report on project progress, tackling delays and handling any issues smoothly
  • Act as the main point of contact for project status, keeping clients and team members aligned
  • Coordinate and attend stakeholder meetings, track expenses, and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Bring ideas to improve project efficiency and document lessons learned for continuous enhancement

The ideal candidate will come from an Engineering or similar background, working as an administrator on large scale/ high profile projects. You will be highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting driving the project forward to a strict deadline. Flexible but driven in your approach to working. The role will be assisting with not only the administration, but you will also be client facing, updating the client on the milestones as well as being the first point of contact.
